At the time, my daughter required a flexible schedule for therapies and harder days, which Eden supported wholeheartedly. I immediately fell in love with the culture, leadership and everything Eden encompassed. As my daughter joined full time school, it became easier to be physically in office and it was then that I also took on Home Care billing. In Spring of 2017, once our Home Care started to grow, I became a full time Biller for that service line. In May of 2018, I accepted the new role of Administrative Assistant to our VSO Operations Team. Assisting our Leadership Team was a whole new world and I quickly found several new reasons to love Eden and my career.

My therapist was a wonderful, knowledgeable gentleman each of the five times we met. He explained each exercise thoroughly, made sure I performed it correctly, and stayed close in case I began to lose my balance. Having the ability to monitor health metrics remotely allows us to stay connected with our patients and intervene in their care sooner when necessary, allowing them to remain safely at home and reduce re-hospitalizations.

Mustapha began his career in Home Health right out of school in 2016. He began as a Home Health Scheduler in a large hospital system agency and was responsible for setting up daily schedules for over 40 clinicians. He was promoted quickly to a Lead role, providing advisement, problem solving, and training new schedulers into their roles.
